RECRUITMENT INFORMATION
Avalos P-TECH School is a college and career readiness experience:
- Located within Lone Star College-East Aldine Center campus;
- Preparing students for their future through academic, technical, and workplace skills;
- Allowing students the opportunity to earn up to an Associate degree and/or Industry-Based Certification;
- Offering one of five pathways: Paralegal, Teaching & Training, Cyber Security, Computer Networking, or NDT (Inspection Technology).
Admission Details and Application
- Open to all 8th grade students interested in focusing on college and career while in high school;
- Completed applications are submitted to the lottery;
- Aldine uses a blind, open-access lottery system, giving ALL students an equal opportunity for acceptance, regardless of background or academic performance;
